From the North Shore:
Take I-95 S to exit 44 
Merge onto US-1 S toward Boston
Take the exit toward MA-28/MA-3/Storrow Dr./North Station
Follow sign for MA-3 N/ MA-28 S/ Storrow Dr. and Merge onto MA-3 N
Slight right at MA-28/Embankment Rd.
Turn left at Beacon St.
Take 1st right onto Arlington St. 
Turn right at Providence St. 
Tico will be immediately in front of you.

The closest T stop to Tico is Arlington on the Green line. 
Exit Arlington stop and continue up Boylston  St. away from Boston Common.
Take your first left onto Berkeley St. and Tico will be on your right.

From Back Bay Station:
Exit station on Clarendon St. and turn left toward Hancock Building
Turn right onto Stuart St.
